Diagnostic Policy / What’s Wrong with My Car

Granville Toyota's Diagnostic Policy:

  • No diagnostic charges are applicable if our Service Department cannot determine the source of the problem.
  • Our customers are responsible for compensation up to the first hour of diagnosis. But if it takes a second hour, Granville Toyota will absorb those additional costs.
  • If the repairs are completed at the dealership, then the diagnostic charges are reduced by 50%.
  • *NOTE* The above policy is not applicable to Hybrid vehicles or repair scenarios where electrical or water leaks are involved. Customers will have to speak directly with one of the dealership's Service Advisors to get a diagnostic plan that best suits the current problem that they are either having with their Hybrid Vehicle or any electrical or water leak issues that they may be having with their car.
