I have recently updated Apple Car Play on my 2018 Camry Toyota; nevertheless all staffs looked super busy, they all were smiling and quick to help me and all other customers very kindly. Usual wait time for getting your car fixed is at least an hour or more. They have a service to drive you somewhere to drop off and even come back to pick you up! Impressed!! Thumbs up!
